Members of the planning committee include (front) Barbara Applebury, Jenny Kubinski, (back) Suzanne Shelton, Veronica Bloomfield, and Delores Eveland

Members of the Artesia Historical Society are deeply involved in planning their annual fall fundraiser. This year’s event, “Harvest Moon Halloween Party” will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2010 in the Albert O. Little Community Center at Artesia Park.
Guests will be encouraged to arrive in their favorite costumes (though optional for those conservative folks) and join the fun. Costume prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories.
This year’s event will include Corporate and Group Sponsorship opportunities and discounts for the purchase of a full table for eight (8)
guests. Tables for eight can be purchased for $700, a $100 saving from prior years, so get your party together early and reserve a table! Sponsorships are available in the following categories:
• SORCERER’S WAND SPONSORSHIP for $1,000 includes eight (8) guest tickets/one full table to the “Harvest Moon Halloween Party” plus a private tour for ten (10) of the Artesia Historical Museum and recently restored Old Fire Station #30, an Artesia Historical Society Cookbook, and recognition in the evening’s program.
• WITCHES’ CALDRON SPONSORSHIP for $750 includes eight (8) guest tickets/one full table to the “Harvest Moon Halloween Party” plus an Artesia Historical Society Cookbook, and recognition in the evening’s program.
• PUMPKIN SPONSORSHIP for $500 includes four (4) guest tickets to the “Harvest Moon Halloween Party” plus recognition in the evening’s program.
• BLACK CAT SPONSORSHIPS for $250 includes two (2) guest tickets to the “Harvest Moon Halloween Party” plus recognition in the evening’s program.
• TRICK OR TREAT SPONSORSHIP for $100 includes recognition in the evening’s program.
